W1D2 (morning)

Finished up my pair programming session last night at 10:30, which I think is a good time to call it. Me and my pair were definitely reaching the end of our workable memory and processing power by the end of it. I wasn’t able to sleep in past five this morning, which will probably be the norm. I think six hours of sleep and a twenty minute nap should be sufficient. I think I definitely work better when I have six hours of sleep. Or at least that’s what I’ll tell myself for that sweet sweet placebo effect.

This is also the second day in a boot for me. One of the benefits of this program is that I can give my feet time to heal from the stress fractures that have been plaguing me for 9 months or so. Just being off my feet will help, but the boot is a good reminder. Can’t wait until I can start running again.

Onto the coffee and meditation! Probably in the reverse order though..
